What symptoms would indicate a blood clot in the thigh?

Depends: Where in the thigh is the blood clot? Is it due to hematoma in the muscle? Is it in a vein or an artery? Hematoma in the muscle will resolve unless there is a bleeding tendency. The other two require medical attention.
