Right upper thigh cramps, for no reason is a symptom of? i do have polyneuropathy, ridiculoneuropathy. could it be a vascular problem? no blood clots.

Cannot diagnose: Without an exam any attempt at diagnosis would be tantamount to negligence. Your neuropathy may well be the cause, but there are several other possibilities and these should be assessed by a physician seeing you face to face. Go now and good luck and best wishes.
