However, there are natural ways of managing anxiety that do not require pills and you may want to explore these as well. Herbals: Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Humulus lupulus (Hops) Valerian & Chamomile may help. Although Kava Kava may help it has potential to cause liver damage. Lavender & chamomile essential oils (not ingested) are also calming.
