Anxiety Herbs: Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Humulus lupulus (Hops) Valerian & Chamomile may help. Although Kava Kava may help it has potential to cause liver damage. Lavender & chamomile essential oils (not ingested) are also calming.

Valerian, kava kava: These supplements are joined by a variety of herbal teas, especially chamomille. However, there are natural ways of managing anxiety that do not require pills and you may want to explore these as well. The methods will depend on the particular anxiety that you are experiencing and talking with your doctor may help you to clarify this.
