Is alzheimer's more or less common in professors? why?

Neither: However, professors, by virtue of having a college education, have more cognitive reserve. This means that it will take more disease (brain damage) before they show symptoms compared to someone who has not been to college.

Less common: Higher education decreases the risk of developing alzheimer's disease.
