Is drinking water good for health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

6-8 glasses a day: Drinking water keeps us hydrated and helps the body filter out wastes & toxins more quickly. Other liquids (juice, milk, etc) contain water, but also have calories & sugars, so too much can make you gain weight. Coffee, teas & sodas with caffeine, and alcohol are diuretics, which actually make us urinate out more water. Drink enough water that your urine looks mostly clear with slight yellow color.
