A member asked:

What is the highest blood pressure someone can have?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood Pressure: I don't believe anyone has done a study on a number of people to determine this unless the Nazi's did it in the concentration camps. We do not let pressures over 140mmHg systolic go without considering treatment seriously. When the systolic gets over 180 we start getting very nervous and over 220 we get lots more nervous. I've seen over 260 without treatment but would hope never to see again
