Genetic mutation: Progeria (Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS))is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder which is usually due to new mutations. It causes characteristics of early aging. There can be total loss of hair, wrinkled skin, loss of vision, scleroderma, large head to body ratio, small jaw, renal failure & cardiovascular problems that usually result in death.
