What should you do if you can't remember if you took your blood pressure pill?

BP meds: If you've been regular with your medications for a long time, then missing one dose isn't going to make a huge difference. You could just take the next scheduled dose. If you're in the first week or so of the medicine, you can do what's generally best and ask your Doc what the Doc wants you to do.

Wait: If you are not sure it is better to wait till your next dose, skipping one pill is not the end of the world. You can also monitor your blood pressure as the day progress and if it starts going up you probably did not take it, in that case you can consider taking the pill.
