I'm : I'm sorry to hear of your dilemma. Some thoughts based on the info provided- 1) obstructive sleep apnea. 2) encephalopathy secondary to antithyroid antibodies. 3) underlying attention deficit good luck.

See below: Those are common symptoms of hypothyroidism i would suggest that your TSH levels are measured to make sure that you are on enough thyroid replacement. If you are then consider taking vitamin b-12 and folic acid, both of which can be affected by hypothyroidism.
