A member asked:

If i take a bottle of augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) will i overdose?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely.: However, you may get severe GI upset and constipation that will persist for a number of days. Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is a mixture of 2 antibiotics. Antibiotics, in general, help ward off bacterial infections. They also cause gastrointestinal upset. Be aware.
