What can you tell me about rotator cuff surgery combined with acj arthroplasty?

Rotator cuff: I assume you acromioplasty. Sometimes this is combined with rotator cuff surgery. This surgery involves removing a bone spur from the undersurface of the acromion ( part of the scapula) which may be pressure on the rotator cuff (impingement)
