Hypothalamic pituit: It depends on the cause. Why is your hypothalamus not activating your pituitary? If it is caused by a tumor, you may need a neurosurgeon. By anorexia nervosa, then that should be treated. Who told you that you have this? A legitimate Endocrinologist/physician, hopefully.
