Not a cure: Dostinex (cabergoline) usually doesn't "cure" anything, it just suppresses the abnormal prolactin level. It may shrink the tumor, but it usually regrows if you stop the rx. Nothing else changes except your body returns to normal when the prolactin is normalized.
