Yes.: It's bad for you whether you inhale it or not, technically. Breathing it in or not will just determine where you'll get your cancer.

I smoked heavily (either hookah, cigar, vape, cigarettes) 1-3 days a week for one year. It has been 2 years since I have completely quit. I am wondering if 2 years is enough to consider my related health risks lowered and equivalent to a non smoker?
