Second hand smoke: can negatively impact your health. If you can't eliminate it completely please minimize it as much as possible. Healthy lifestyle w/some exercise and appropriate supplements may be helpful. Peace and good health.

Certainly: I vividly recall a visit to the morgue as a student. The pathologist rolled out 3 fresh sets of lungs to show us this effect. One 50 yo a non-smoker who just lived in central Houston, exposed to 2nd hand smoke/smog/urban irritants had the blackest/darkest lungs of the bunch. A 75 yo non-smoker farmer from 50 miles away had pristine pink, healthy appearing lungs. I remember that visit to this day.
