Osteopath: 51 yo with chronic "neck, back & hip pain". No mention of acute or repetitive mechanical injuries. This constellation of symptoms is often seen in cases of fibromyalgia. FM seems to have multiple vectors of injury, which vary from one sufferer to the other. Rheumatologists are skillful at discerning this diagnosis. Osteopaths are skillful at discovering attendant soft tissue pain generators.
