Gas: Here are things that can help gas pain. Some warm herbal teas can v GI distress. Ginger tea is my favorite. Pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep for at least 5 minutes in covered tea pot. Chamomile, peppermint & fennel tea are also soothing. Another option is to drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water/day . Avoid alcohol & carbonated beverages.
