i suffer from extreme flatulence and sometimes due to this i have headache when gas doesn't pass is there any natural diet remedy that i should follow?

Excessive flatus.: Having excessive flatus is most commonly caused by the type of food intake. High fruit/vegetable/fiber contents, high carbohydrate (beans), dairy products, artificial sugar will cause excessive gas. Look into your diet to moderate the above mentioned to see if this helped. Avoid milk (can replace with lactaid or soy milk), dairy products, artificial sugar). Try beano (otc) or antibiotic cours.
