What are the best ways to overcome major depression with anxiety?

Take action now: Psychotherapy and/or medication along with doing homework assigned by your therapist is best. In addition, setting realistic goals, being with others, exercising, and taking time for appreciation also can help. The best way to overcome these disorders is to take immediate action. Then, being committed to doing whatever is necessary will help a person get back to baseline (feeling pretty good).

Combination therapy: The combination of counseling and antidepressant/anti anxiety medications has proven to give the most successful results and is better than either method of treatment individually.
