A member asked:

Whole areola "pops" out at times,it looks like my breast tissue moves into my areola,no pain, not sure if this is normal,i am big chested, size double d?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nipple contraction: The areola with the nipple has muscles that can allow the nipple to contract with touch, stimulation, or cold causing a change in the visual appearance of the areola normally. If the nipple is "inverted" and doesn't come back "out" you need to see a MD for evaluation in that instance.
