A doctor has provided 1 answer

Xanthomas from lipid: A Xanthoma looks like a yellow bump with well-defined borders that can appear anywhere on the body, and is associated with elevated blood lipids from a variety of causes, including hyperlipidemia, diabetes, pancreatitis, liver problems, certain cancers. Xanthelasma are flat yellow irregular growths on the eyelids which are not necessarily from increased lipids. The growths themselves are harmless.
