Sinusitis: The best way to check if you are having a real fever is with a thermometer - subjective feelings of fever do not necessarily mean you have a worsening infection. Azithromycin or "zpack" may not cover all of the same bacteria that Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) does.
