I had hernia surgery in october and cant make a bm. i hope its not colan cancer im only 32. help, what can it be???

Not cancer!: It you had had cancer, your surgeon would have told you, relax! But do call your surgeon about the constipation. Maybe a medication you are taking is causing it and can be adjusted. Lots of fluids, and fiber (plenty of fruits and veggies), less fat, refined sugar, and less animal protein is a better way to eat for all of you, plus your innards.
