Mastitis: You need to get in touch with your OB and let them know. It is not uncommon with breast feeding women to get blocked milk ducts - this can be very tender. If a secondary infection occurs due to the blocked ducts, this is called mastitis and may require antibiotics to treat. Don't delay, call your doctor and let them know what's going on.(There will be somebody on-call for them if it's after hours)
