Bind/cool: If you ware a pre-pregnancy bra and bind your chest with an ace wrap (they come in big sizes OTC) the pressure and lack of feeding will eventually cancel out milk production. Cool compresses decrease the pain messages sent to the brain from the tissues.It may take a few days but will do the job.
