You'll still grow.: I don't know where you'll end up, but you probably have another few years of growth. Your goal might not be unreasonable.

It is possible: You are still growing but it is hard to tell how much taller you will become. Height is also hereditary, how tall are your parents? Other family members? Best of luck!

Possible: height is genetically determined. Once your growth plates seal over then growth will stop.
