Hi i have pneumonia and am on 2 weeks of antibiotics. i have nausea and vomiting, fever over 39.5 celsius, and chills. how serious might this be.

Pneumonia : with continued fever, chills,nausea and vomiting warrants a revisit with your doctor if you have been on antibiotics for 4-5 days or longer. In meantime, plenty of rest and fluids and fever control. It can be serious if you developed complications!
