Swelling: Could be a tumor, but more likely a hydroele or vesicocele. Best course is to see your doctor for exam and possible ulrasound

That is: a possibility, but it is more likely to be something benign like an epididymal cyst or varicocele. The only way to be sure is to see your doctor. You will probably need an ultrasound.
