I'm 17,i get a solid 8-10 hours of sleep a day and have a pretty healthy diet. so i can't understand why sometimes i still feel really tired,no enrgy?

Varying causes:: There are several other causes for the fatigue you are experiencing. You could have a virus or be anemic (even though you "have a pretty healthy diet." Depression, stress and anxiety can also cause fatigue. Please discuss this with your doctor and have a full physical exam to help you figure it out.
