It maybe your sleep: May be you aren't getting enough / good quality sleep, or probably your thyroid gland. Try to observe good sleep hygiene: no caffeinated beverages in the evening, no exercise late evening too, no tv/smart phone/ computer 1 hour before bedtime, quiet cool dark bedroom, etc.. if that doesn't work see your doctor for assessment, best wishes
