Diagonzied with hiatal hernia ( 3cm) grade a with reflux. do not want to go for surgery.

Hiatal hernia: You may not like the idea but examination by a surgeon is very likely to result in a recommendation for surgical correction. If you don't follow through with this you are likely to get worse, not better. Sure, nobody likes surgery if not necessary but at the very least you should see a surgeon.
