Simian crease: 10% of the normal population has simian crease. This is a finding in 50% of patients with Down's Syndrome. Otherwise, it is clinically insignificant. I am quite sure it is not causing the behavioral issues in your daughter.

Would: encourage you to discuss her behavioral issues with her pediatrician. Child psychiatrist or Child psychologist eval may be recommended.

Unless: there are other anomalies, the chance that her behavioral issues are related to the Simian lines is unlikely. 10% of the population has one Simian line, 5% have two.
