Hi i have been having pain in my nose bone for 2 days and the pain gets worse if i press on it..could it be cancer?

Nose pain: Why would you think cancer? do you have a history of cancer? if not, do you have a history of anxiety disorder or OCD? Without knowing anything about you or an exam its not possible to provide you with a differential diagnosis but malignancy would be low on the list. Please see an ENT for exam.

At age 29: I certainly wouldn't just to that conclusion. If pain isn't resolving have your doctor check it - but in the meantime try not to fret.
