Cerumen impaction: How have you cleared your ear canal the last 3 times? Its best to have your ears cleared by your ENT otherwise, you can irrigated or flush your ears, the risk is that if you leave wet cerumen in your ear canal, you are at risk for an infection. If you have ever been told you have a hole in your ear drum, do not irrigate. Never stick anything into your ear canal, especially no Q-tips.
