Fibromyalgia: Hi, most likely the pain u r experiencing is not due to Amitriptyline, also the dose u r started on is small dose, also try Aerobic exercises, walking in a warm pool, consult with ur treating doctor if u think Amitriptyline is not working there are other medications available.
