That can be a tough: Question. Do you sleep at night? Do you grind your teeth when u do sleep? Is your diabetes controlled? What is your current medical regimen? If anxiety and mood are not well controlled and not sleeping, fibromyalgia will be worse and so will glucose control. Is confusion minor or do u develop delirium? The numbness could be diabetes or hyperalgesia from anxiety or another cause, low folate (folic acid)?

Start diabetes: Because diabetes influences multiple conditions, try and tackle diabetes control first. Although it will be difficult, try to get as much activity as possible. Use a pool or upper body activity if your injuries prevent other processes. Keeping focused on controlling one thing at a time makes it more manageable.

Many possibilities: Numbness can occur from various reasons. Some potential causes include vitamin deficiency, nerve damage, nerve compression, and alcohol over consumption, side effects of different medications, or as a result of different systemic medical conditions such as diabetes. Get evaluated by a professional to determine the diagnosis. Treatment is based on the diagnosis.
