Fibromyalgia is what: Fibromyagia is what it is. Hyperalgesia and musuclar trigger points, and it is not found in the hands, feet, and lower legs. There may bay be painful one day "pain rotation." but sympomatic trigger points are for the most part constant.

Yes: Fibro by definition includes aches and pains in both upper and lower half of the body amd it can be left pr right. It can also be migratory. An md can help exclude more dangerous causes of pain.

Yes: #fibromyalgia pain does not follow usual neural tracts, joints, or tendon loci. Pain is global. One theory is fm's have developed overly sensitive pain messaging brain centers. Another theory considers pain aroused by pain message generation from spastic muscles ; trigger points barraging brain with pain signals. Fm's have increased pain lying down ; certain positions (supports 2nd theory).
