Side affects: This is a non steroidal med like Advil or Aleve (naproxen). They all wear on the GI track and risk ulcers, etc. They all risk renal dysfunction and cardiac but one would have to take long term many many months or years. If one needs for pain control one should do regular medical follow up and basic blood work to monitor as long as otherwise no noted side affects develop
