Yes: As long as you do not have peptic ulcer disease and take the medications with food. If your stomach does bother you it is probably the meloxicam causing the problem. Generally speaking you can take them together as long as you tolerate them. consider limiting the time that you take them

Yes if needed: But only one time a day since meloxicam is a nonsteroidal antiinflamatory pain medicine taken 1 time a day & cyclobenzaprine acts to relax muscle and can be prescribed more often. Can be prescribed daily together for acute musculoskeletal pain and spasm, like a back strain or arthritis flare with associated spasm. Both can make you very sleepy, so do not try to drive or anything.
