Not likely: No worries from this for most people. Don't repeat double dosing as the drug can cause gastrointestinal, kidney problems and increase chances of cardiac illness, and cause leg swelling. If you have any symptoms of,lip swelling , difficulty with swallowing, or burning In the sternal or gut area, call your doc,to see if you need treatment for that.

While this is double: the FDA recommended high dose, you're rather unlikely to suffer any long term consequences from a one time dose accidental double dose. I would just make sure you monitor for any gastrointestinal issues like stomach pain, or swallowing issues. Besides trying to be more careful about your pills, it's always good to let your doctor know too about this issue.
