No: you are describing mild orthostatic hypotension. sudden changes in orientation , from supine or sitting to standing can result in blood pooling and a sensation of "lightheadedness". this usually passes quickly.

You might,: especially is you have very tight muscles in the neck and upper shoulders (restricting blood flow to the brain, hence the sensory distortions). Try some massage and see if this clears up.
