4 year old unable to speak does not like hugs and kisses or change?

PDD ?: These are significant findings. It is very important that he be evaluated as to whether or not he is on the autistic spectrum.

Developmental: This is concerning to me for a developmental disorder. Many questions are in order. What was his newborn hearing screen? Does he seem to hear? Did he smile at 6 months? Did he gesture and point around 12 months? Does he understand what you say or follow a simple command? He needs needs to have an evaluation by a pediatrician and potentially developmental specialist.

Needs evaluation: for possible autism and maybe hearing problems. See your doctor to start the evaluation.
