Use common sense: Stay away from fried & fatty foods. Give up sweets. Get moderate exercise. If possible consultation with a dietician would be of great help. Losing weight takes time and determination. Eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly. Drink more water. Eat more vegetables & fish. If you have a computer Google weight loss diet. It will give you good ideas to follow to keep your weight within normal.
