Ask OBGYN: Hard to ever answer a question like this because most supplements are not regulated in terms of ingredients, fillers, added boosters, and difference of distributors. I would consult your OBGYN and hopefully be steered in the right, recommended direction. Also, women can react to supplements and meds differently during pregnancy.

Need more info: I am not aware of why you think vitamins help relieve joint pain. The items you list are not vitamins. They are herbal substances and may be dangerous to ingest especially since you are pregnant since they may have something in them that will affect your baby. Consult with your OB/GYN for his/her recommendation for relief of joint pain. Don't take chances with your unborn child using untested drug

Prego/supplements: You need to speak with your doctor who will manage your pregnancy. You must get an OK for any vitamin, supplement or medication from your doctor before you take anything.

Likely unsafe: These are unregulated by FDA. Their processing may leave metallic materials that are unsafe for a baby. Even their effectiveness is not validated. Prenatal vitamins will have a proven benefit.
