Not primarily eyes: this is clearly not a primary eye problem. There could be cervical muscle spasm relat d to cervical spine disc degeneration causing headaches and neck pain. The thumping in the ears along with watery eyes old be relat d to a lesion in the cavernous sinus. This symptom complex requires a physician's evaluation.
