What is wrong can: only be determined by an appropriate medical professional examining you for diagnosis. It certainly sounds like an ear infection, possibly coupled with a sinus infection. Many of these are viral and will respond to supportive care, including decongestants and use of netty pots. Others need antibiotics. Start with seeing your PCP for an evaluation right away!
