Stiff neck: If someone has a bad headache, stiff neck and it hurts to move their eyes it could be a sign of meningitis and they should go to the ER NOW for further evaluation.

Consult a doc: You need to see a doctor, you may need antibiotic treatment . You may have infection that causing sinusitis. Stiff neck is concerning for meningitis pls consult a doc ASAP.
