Whether if my laa tied(sewing) while cabg, it can added many bleeding risk and cause infection on cabg? could cause any complication / dead risk?

Maybe worth it: Patients who have atrial fibrillation and coronary artery disease that requires surgery will benefit from ligation of the LAA. While this adds a minimal risk to the procedure it is worthwhile since it is likely to reduce your lifetime risk of strokes.
