In my cabg, my doctor also do ligation laa and raa, so how many dose i must taken rivaroxaban and clopidogrel with out taking aspirin and warfarin ?

Depends: was afib only post CABG or did you have before surgery? But usually would cont cont anti coagulation (rivaroxiban, dabigatran, epixiban, or Coumadin) 4-6 weeks post ligation. Anti platelet therapy (aspirin or plavix) depends on other health conditions.
